Built around 1931, this is a beautiful and ornate tenor and is in very good condition. Curly maple neck with decorative laminations down the center and on the back of the peghead. Hand carved design on the neck heel. Birdseye maple resonator with a design carved into the back and finished in a beautiful amber and dark brown sunburst. Gold plated metal hardware. Has a cool mute lever on the bottom side of the rim. The armrest is engraved Bacon Special XX. Still plays and sounds great.
