F style mandolin built by luthier Michael A. Lewis in California. Mildly arched fretboard with scooped extension. Cast brass tailpiece. Wood armrest. Sunburst lacquer finish. Two piece back and neck. Gold hardware. Unique headstock design. Diamond shaped mop inlays on fretboard. Good condition but some finish checking on headstock. Nut is 1 1/8 inches. Neck shape is very mild V shape. Big volume and tone. Sound below. Western maple (big leaf) back and sides, European spruce top. Carbon fiber reinforced small tone bars, Schaller tuning machines.
